Our 50-minute X-former classes are led by our highly experienced and talented trainers. The instruction will be nuanced and the movement will be functional, intentional and challenging for the whole body. We will use X-former and may also sprinkle in other pieces of equipment, such as the ball, weights, Magic Circle, and jump -board.

This experience is specifically crafted for the chronic pain, prenatal or postpartum practitioner, and for clients that needs Pilates as PT. With that in mind, each session is designed to offer support that is both strengthening and aligned.
