The position will begin at 5-8 hours per week, with room to grow. A minimum of 18 hours of availability per month is required. Must be available to respond to emails within X hours during regular working hours (9AM - 5PM PST, Monday-Friday). 24-hour turnaround times will be required Monday-Friday. This is a remote position and working hours are flexible.
Strong project management and follow through skills. Superb customer service and client relations. Ability to be neutral and congenial is a must. Exceptional ability to manage time & prioritize projects to get done what’s most important first. Clear communication around deadlines, priorities, workload and turnaround times. Strong organizational skills. Ability to learn quickly, take initiative to use resources to learn, and ask questions when instructions are not clear. Working knowledge of the following tools: Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive, YouTube, MindBody Business, Zoom, Facebook & Instagram.

Greet students with confidence, warmth and eye-contact so as to make students feel seen and welcomed. Check in with students about injuries before instructing movement and adapt/offer modifications as needed. Teach a safe and intelligent sequence that focuses on deep breathing, alignment, and form, and offer variations for students to up-level and down-level as needed. Cue students on how to clean up after themselves so you can leave your teaching room clean and organized. Attend and participate in regular staff meetings and team in-services, or watch recordings so you can stay up-to-date on studio protocols and policies. Request subs in a timely manner so we can ensure all our private clients and class students can be served properly. Direct students to the Client Relations Manager and Owner regarding payment or scheduling tasks.
We are seeking trainers who have availability to take on at least 4-6 classes per week to start. Lots of room to grow your shifts for the right fit! Trainers must be available for a minimum commitment of 1 year.

Competitive trainer pay, depending on experience ($30-$55 per class). Free drop-ins to Pilates classes when there is space available. Staff discount on further in-person classes, one-on-one sessions, and teacher trainings. Sick pay, workers comp insurance, and liability insurance all taken care of by the studio.
