Geri thrives on challenging physical activities such as hiking, skating, stand up paddle boarding and taking long rides on her motorcycle. She needed a safe effective way to stay in shape to support her active lifestyle
without injury. The first time she tried Pilates she knew she had found the perfect fit and was hooked! Geri’s mission now is to help others grow stronger and discover how Pilates helps their movement patterns in a safe,
non-judgmental way. Geri received her Mat Certification through Peak Pilates where she learned the fundamentals of mat work. Inspired to increase her knowledge she then received her Classical Comprehensive Certification at the Pilates Institute of Southern California. Her hope is to help individuals take the Pilates method into daily tasks so that they can “Return to Life”. (Joseph Pilates).
