-POLICIES FOR ATTENDING CLASS-
 
  • Please do not sign up or attend class if you are experiencing any symptoms such as frequent cough, fever, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell, or if you or someone you live with have been diagnosed with COVID-19. You will not be permitted to attend class if you are exhibiting any of these symptoms. 
  • Upon arrival, please do not enter the studio until the previous class has left the studio.   
 
  • All clients will be required to sanitize their hands with our new SANITIZING STATION which is located directly to the right of our front entrance door.
  •  In light of the updated Los Angeles Dept. of Public Health regulations all clients will now be required to wear a mask and gloves at all times while in the studio, including while exercising. Clients with “medical conditions” or anyone who has “trouble breathing‘ are exempt from this orderMasks are available for sale at the studio for $2 if you forget to bring one.  
  • There is a 6 Client Maximum per Class. Floor stickers for social distancing will be placed in front of each machine to help guide you through your workout. 
 
  • ALL CLIENTS Must Clean their X-Formers and Props after Each Class! This ensures the safety of all clients and will give everyone peace of mind during and after their workout. Each machine will have its own designated cleaning station so you do not have to travel across the room for sanitizing wipes, sprays and hand sanitizers. These individual stations will be located directly behind your machine under the ballet barres.  If you wish to do an extra cleaning before class you are welcome to do so.
 
-BOOKING CLASSES AND AUTO RENEW PACKAGES-
 
  • All clients will be restricted to booking only One Class Per Day. This means if you reserve a class at 5pm and add yourself to a waitlist for the 6pm and 7pm, the system will NOT add you to any additional waitlisted classes.  
-AUTO RENEW ONLY-
  • We will keep your Auto Renew package frozen until you send us an email giving us the green light to activate your Auto Renew. Please email us at info@x-tremepilates.com to activate your Auto Renew.  
 
  • All Auto Renew clients have been set up with a temporary membership that allows you to sign up for classes so you don’t miss signing up for your preferred class.   You will be able to book the classes before you reactivate, but please let us know your return date so we can handle your account efficiently.  
  • Additional “ADD ON” Classes will no longer be charged AFTER classes are taken. Auto Renew clients will be required to pay for reserving an additional class in your current cycle in advance, but only reservations made within your current cycle. Example: If Jane Doe has an 8 Class Per Month Auto Renew but decides to reserve 10 classes that cycle, she will be manually charged for the 2 additional classes for the reservations made. This includes any waitlist classes you reserve. In a nutshell: If you reserve past your Auto Renew package amount, we will charge you manually for the add on classes. 
 
  • If you end up cancelling some of your $17 ADD ON CLASSES, you will not lose them if you early cancel out of those classes. They will be available for future classes if you do not end up using them during that cycle.  
 
  • Auto Renew clients will still be able to sign up as “UNPAID” for their future cycle and Add On classes. That means when the schedule opens you can sign up in advance and your credit card will be charged only on your Auto Renew charge date.
